What the Domain Overview checks

See how many keywords a website ranks for in Google, how many visits that brings, what those visits would cost in ads, and how many sites link to it.

  • How many keywords the whole domain ranks for in Google in the country you choose, split by position
  • Estimated monthly visits from Google and what buying the same visits as ads would cost
  • The keywords the site pays for in Google Ads and its estimated monthly ad spend
  • How many sites and pages link to it, and its link rank from 0 to 1,000
  • The average spam score of its links, the share that use nofollow, broken links and the kinds of sites that link in

What it does not do

  • Overviews for one page or folder; the lookup covers the whole domain
  • Exact traffic; visits and ad costs are estimates from search data
  • Google results in the countries you do not choose; links count from every country
  • Which keywords or links make up the totals; Competitor Keywords and Backlink Finder list them

Questions about the Domain Overview

Can I check a competitor's website?
Yes. Enter any public domain, yours or a competitor's. The overview covers the whole site rather than one page, so a page address is reduced to its domain.
Where do the numbers come from?
From a search and link data provider that estimates each site's Google rankings, visits and ad costs, and counts the links it has found. The figures are estimates, so use them to compare sites with each other rather than as exact counts.
What does the ad cost of those visits mean?
It is what the site's estimated monthly Google visits would cost to buy as Google Ads clicks. It shows what the site's rankings are worth, not what the site spends.
What is link rank?
A score from 0 to 1,000 for how many links point at the site and how strong the sites linking in are. Compare it between sites rather than reading one number alone.
What happens if the site has no rankings or no links?
The report shows the half that exists and notes what is missing. A new site often has links before rankings. A run that finds neither search data nor links is refunded.
How much does the Domain Overview cost?
50 credits per run, shown before the run starts. An AI agent can run the same tool over the REST API or MCP with a workspace API key.
