By using seogeoaeo.ai, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

You are responsible for activity under your account, for protecting your sign-in method, and for providing accurate information.

You are responsible for runs made with your API keys, including runs started by AI agents you connect. Revoke a key at any time to stop its use.

Tools run on credits from a monthly plan, plus optional one-time top-ups that add to an active plan. Each tool discloses its credit cost before execution, and a run that fails before producing a result returns its credits. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, and they can be spent only while a paid plan is active.

The free site preview runs a limited set of checks without charge. We may limit how often it runs and change what it includes.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a specific offer states otherwise.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, scrape systems without authorization, distribute malware, overload infrastructure, or manipulate search and answer systems deceptively.

You must have the right to submit each URL, file, text, credential, or other input and to use each result.

Analyses, recommendations, scores, and generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for review and implementation.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, inclusion in an answer engine, revenue, or any other business outcome.

You retain rights in your inputs and results to the extent permitted by law. We retain rights in the service, software, design, and underlying technology.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Search engines, answer engines, model providers, ad networks, and data providers operate independently and may change their systems without notice.

We may update the service or these terms. We may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription at any time.
