When you submit our contact form, we use your account email address and collect the request category and message you provide so our support team can respond.

To provide the service: authenticating you, running audits, preparing content for publishing, and processing billing.

To improve reliability, performance, security, and the quality of our features.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and important product changes.

To respond to questions and requests you submit through our contact form.

When you connect a platform such as dev.to, WordPress, Ghost, or Hashnode, we store the credentials needed to publish on your behalf. Secrets are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser after they are saved.

You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings, which removes the stored credentials.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your personal information or workspace content with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

We may use carefully selected service providers, such as authentication providers, Stripe for payments, cloud-hosting providers, and AI model providers. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us and to you, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, submit a Privacy & data request through our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
