8 best Goodie AI alternatives in 2026
Updated ·12 min read
Goodie AI Core costs $295 a month billed annually, or $354 on the shorter term, for 110 daily prompts on 5 engines. Gemini, Claude, crawler analytics and the API all need a higher plan. Most people who look for a Goodie AI alternative want daily tracking for less, more engines at the same price, or an API without an Enterprise contract.
Prices here come from each vendor's own pricing page, in US dollars, as of October 2026. Several of Goodie's blog posts quote older plans, so we note where its pages disagree.

1. seogeoaeo.ai
Best for: a founder, marketer or AI agent who checks what AI answers say when a page ships or a launch goes out, not every day.
AI Answer Visibility asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini one question of up to 300 characters, with web search on. For each engine it reports:
- whether the answer names your brand, and in what place among the brands it names
- whether it cites your site, and which URLs
- up to 10 other brands and 10 other domains the answers named and cited
- the full answer, so you can read what each engine said
A run costs 120 credits, under $2 on the smallest plan. Plans start at $29 a month for 2,000 credits, enough for 16 runs, with every tool in the browser and through MCP or REST.
Why teams choose seogeoaeo.ai
The same credits pay for tools that cover parts of Goodie's higher plans:
- AI Bot Log Analyzer, 8 credits, reads a server or CDN access log you paste in. It shows which AI crawlers and assistants visit, which pages they read and which requests failed. Goodie keeps crawler analytics for Enterprise.
- Brand Narrative Check, 150 credits, asks the three engines what your brand is. It shows each engine's description, tone, strengths, weaknesses and the alternatives it names, with the sources it cited, and flags claims that may not match your home page.
- AI Question Finder, 160 credits, lists the 25 most searched questions Google's AI Overviews or ChatGPT answer about a topic, with monthly searches, so you know which prompts to check. A lookup that finds no records is refunded.
- The llms.txt generator, 15 credits, drafts an llms.txt file from your homepage for you to edit and publish.
Gemini answers in every AI Answer Visibility run, where Goodie adds it at Pro, $999 a month. REST and MCP come with every plan, and the MCP server runs tools rather than only reading reports. A coding agent such as Claude Code or Cursor can run a check after it ships a page and read the result itself. The agents page has the setup. A run that fails, for example because no engine answered, is refunded.
seogeoaeo.ai vs Goodie AI
| Feature | seogeoaeo.ai | Goodie AI |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $29 a month for 2,000 credits | $295 a month billed annually, or $354 |
| How you pay | Credits per run | Prompts per plan |
| Engines on the entry plan | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini | ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, AI Mode, Copilot |
| Gemini | Every run | From Pro, $999 a month |
| Daily tracking | No | Yes, 110 prompts on Core |
| Content and technical agents | No; an llms.txt draft for 15 credits | Content writer, technical and outreach agents |
| Shopping assistants | No | Alexa for Shopping and Sparky on Pro |
| Crawler visits | Log you paste in, 8 credits | Enterprise |
| API | REST on every plan | Enterprise |
| MCP | Runs tools, every plan | Read-only, every plan |
You give up tracking over time and the agents that act on it. AI Answer Visibility takes one answer per engine, doesn't cover Google AI Overviews, AI Mode or Copilot, and doesn't chart answers day by day. We don't draft or publish content, suggest outreach or track shopping assistants. If you need 110 prompts checked every day and agents that do the follow-up work, Goodie does that and we don't.
2. SE Visible
Best for: more daily prompts than Goodie Core for a third of the price.
SE Visible, SE Ranking's AI tracker, costs $99 a month, or $79 billed annually, for 200 prompts refreshed daily on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
- Strengths: nearly twice Goodie Core's prompts, with Gemini in place of Copilot. SE Visible says it collects answers through each assistant's browser interface rather than its API.
- Weaknesses: it doesn't have Goodie's content, technical or outreach agents, and its API is in beta.
- Pricing: from $99 a month, with a 10-day trial.
3. OtterlyAI
Best for: the smallest monthly budget for daily tracking.
OtterlyAI Lite costs $29 a month, or $25 billed annually, for 15 prompts run daily on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot.
- Strengths: about a tenth of Goodie Core's price. Standard, $189 for 100 prompts, adds API and MCP access, which Goodie keeps for Enterprise or read-only.
- Weaknesses: 15 prompts on Lite is a small set, and there are no content agents.
- Pricing: from $29 a month.
Our OtterlyAI alternatives guide covers it in detail.
4. Peec AI
Best for: a team that wants daily tracking with unlimited users at under a third of Goodie's price.
Peec AI Starter costs $95 a month, or $80 billed annually, for 50 prompts with unlimited users.
- Strengths: unlimited users, as on Goodie, for a third of the price, and an MCP server.
- Weaknesses: 50 prompts against Goodie's 110, on 3 models you choose. Its pricing page lists API access under Enterprise.
- Pricing: from $95 a month.
Our Peec AI alternatives guide covers it in detail.
5. Rankscale
Best for: tracking Claude and DeepSeek, which Goodie keeps for Enterprise, from $99.
Rankscale Pro costs $99 a month for 1,200 credits, with unlimited prompts and seats, and every engine on every plan. A run on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode or AI Overviews costs 0.25 credits.
- Strengths: Claude and DeepSeek are open to you from $99, at a higher credit cost per run. Its MCP server works on every plan and can create prompts and start runs, where Goodie's only reads.
- Weaknesses: the REST API starts at Pro+, $229 a month. You budget in credits rather than a fixed prompt count.
- Pricing: from $99 a month.
Our Rankscale guide explains how far the credits go.
6. MentionChecker
Best for: checking a set of questions every few weeks, with no subscription.
MentionChecker sells credit packs with no subscription. One credit is one answer from one engine, and credits last 12 months. The 100-credit pack costs $17, enough for 25 questions on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Strengths: if you check questions every few weeks rather than every day, this costs far less than a monthly plan.
- Weaknesses: one credit buys one answer, so a daily schedule on many prompts uses packs quickly.
- Pricing: $17 for 100 credits.
7. AthenaHQ
Best for: more engines than Goodie Core at the same price.
AthenaHQ Starter costs $295 a month, or $245 billed annually, for 3,600 credits on 11 models, including Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI. One credit buys one answer from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AI Overviews or AI Mode, while Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral cost 5 credits each.
- Strengths: Gemini and Claude on the entry plan, where Goodie keeps them for Pro and Enterprise.
- Weaknesses: volume. If Goodie runs each prompt once a day on each engine, Core collects about 16,500 answers a month, while 3,600 credits cover about 20 prompts a day on the six 1-credit engines. The API is a paid add-on.
- Pricing: from $295 a month, or $245 billed annually.
Our AthenaHQ alternatives guide covers its plans.
8. Scrunch
Best for: AI crawler traffic and a writable MCP server without an Enterprise contract.
Scrunch Core costs $250 a month for 125 prompts and 5,000 answers a month on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot, with 5 seats.
- Strengths: Core includes AI crawler traffic, which Goodie keeps for Enterprise. Scrunch's docs say its MCP server works on any plan and can create brands, competitors, personas and prompts, where Goodie's only reads.
- Weaknesses: 5,000 answers is about one run of each prompt every 3 days, against Goodie's daily runs, and 5 seats against Goodie's unlimited seats.
- Pricing: from $250 a month.

Profound shows no price for brands and quotes Enterprise after a demo. Our Profound alternatives guide compares it with this group.
Goodie AI pricing, and when it's still the right choice
Goodie's pricing page lists three plans for brands. Its toggle shows a lower price billed annually, with "2 months free", and a higher one labeled "billed monthly". At $295 a month, a year of Core comes to $3,540.
| Plan | Billed annually, per month | Shorter term, per month | Prompts, run daily | Engines | Countries and languages |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $295 | $354 | 110 | 5 | 2 of each |
| Pro | $999 | $1,198.80 | 250 | 8 | 5 of each |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | 500 or more | Up to 12 or 13 | 8 or more of each |
Every plan tracks one brand, has unlimited seats and includes Goodie's MCP server. Core is the only plan you can start without a sales call, and the only one with a trial, of 7 days. It includes 50 optimization actions a month, a visibility scorecard for 10 pages and research on 30 prompts a month. Pro raises those to 100 actions and 30 pages and adds data export, a social agent and shopping assistant tracking. API access, revenue attribution, AI crawler analytics and SOC 2 are listed under Enterprise.
Agencies have their own pricing page. Agency Growth costs $275 a month billed annually, or $330, for 10 pitch workspaces a month, each kept for 7 days, tracking 30 prompts on ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Perplexity. Running a client full time is an add-on "from $399" a month per client workspace.
Which engines each Goodie plan covers
Core covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, AI Mode and Copilot. Gemini isn't on Core. Pro adds Gemini and two shopping assistants: Alexa for Shopping, which Goodie says replaced Amazon's Rufus in May 2026, and Walmart's Sparky. Enterprise adds Claude, Meta AI, DeepSeek and Grok.
Goodie doesn't say whether it collects answers through each engine's API or its public app. Its ChatGPT page says its tracking "focuses on publicly accessible ChatGPT interfaces", and the Claude and Gemini pages say the same, but they also list several model versions per engine without saying which one a run uses. Ask how answers are collected and how many times each prompt runs a day. A daily run is a sample either way, as why ChatGPT gives different answers explains.
Where Goodie's own pages disagree
The brand pricing toggle says "billed monthly", while the agency page says its monthly prices are "billed quarterly or annually". Ask whether the $354 Core price is charged each month or each quarter.
Goodie's comparisons with Peec AI and Profound, updated in October 2026, still list Core at $399 for 100 prompts and 3 seats, and Pro with 5 seats. Its comparisons with Writesonic, Semrush and AirOps describe a Core plan on 3 engines with a "30-day money-back guarantee". The services agreement says "All payments made by Customer are non-refundable regardless of actual usage". The same Peec comparison says Goodie has no agency tier, which the agency pricing page contradicts.
On the pricing page itself, the Enterprise card says "up to 13 models" while the table and FAQ list 12. The FAQ says every plan includes "the full action layer", while the table keeps the social agent for Pro and revenue attribution, crawler analytics and Brand Command for Enterprise. Go by the pricing table, and get billing and refund terms in writing.
Who should stay with Goodie AI
Goodie pairs tracking with agents that act on it. Its content writer drafts and optimizes pages, which you can publish directly or export to your CMS. Its technical agent repairs llms.txt files and sitemaps. Every plan also includes an outreach agent, sentiment tracking, citation analysis, competitor benchmarks and traffic attribution through Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
The MCP server works from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients and signs in with OAuth rather than an API key. It is read-only: Goodie says it is "built for lookup and reporting", and you act on recommendations inside Goodie.
Pro's shopping tracking stands out. Goodie tracks products by SKU on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Alexa for Shopping and Walmart's Sparky, and connects to Shopify, BigCommerce, Google Merchant Center and Amazon Seller Central, per its agentic commerce page.
Stay with Goodie if you want one vendor to track AI answers and also do the work, with unlimited seats so the whole team can use it. Pro is the plan for retailers who need product-level visibility on Amazon's and Walmart's shopping assistants, which few trackers list. It's a weaker fit if you mostly need tracking, or need Gemini, Claude or an API on the entry plan, or an MCP server that can change your setup.
